SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times We ship to the United States and internationally. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
United States: 8–15 business days International: 14–30 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control. Freshara is not liable for shipping delays once your order has been handed to the carrier.
Shipping Costs Free standard shipping is available on all US orders over $100. Orders under $100 are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Customs and Import Duties For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may be charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Freshara has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Lost or Stolen Packages Freshara is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier and check with neighbors before reaching out to us at shopfreshara@gmail.com.
